    Filson is looking for a new Customer Service Representative to join our Repairs team, located in the SODO area of Seattle. Our heritage is built on superior customer service, and we are looking for candidates who are passionate about taking care of every customer, every time. The ideal candidate can work fast and enjoys team collaboration, but is willing to work independently to make sure all the work is done.


    The Repair CSR will report to the Repair Lead / Sample Line Supervisor and will have frequent contact with the rest of the Repairs team, as well as the Customer Service team. This position is an integral part of the repairs process and will be responsible for generating shipping labels for outgoing repairs, handling outgoing and incoming customer contacts about repair status, and managing workflow to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner, plus other duties as assigned.


    • Contact customers regarding status of their repairs
    • Enter and keep notes on cases in computer systems
    • Generate shipping labels for completed repairs
    • Enter data quickly and accurately
    • Understand and help maintain daily and weekly repair process rhythms
    • Work with other departments to handle unusual customer circumstances
    • Collaborate with Repair Lead to determine best outcome for unique items
    • Assist other Repairs Team members as needed
    • Ability to proactively trouble-shoot and problem solve


    • GED or high school equivalent
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows.
    • Relentlessly organized, analytically minded.
    • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English
    • Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
