    E-commerce Digital Marketing Specialist


    This position will focus on maximizing sales and conversions across the Filson web properties through digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will strategize, implement and manage overall digital advertising, including paid search, product listings ads, re-marketing & organic search, along with having strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. This role will include working cross-functionally with internal teams, agencies, reporting and presenting digital marketing plans and progress.


    • Architect and Implement paid search digital marketing campaigns to drive conversion and revenue.
    • Generating strategic keyword lists to structure search marketing campaigns for optimal performance.
    • Experience running A/B tests and experiments.
    • Identify and create profitable remarketing campaigns such as DPA’s and CRM based display advertisements.
    • Lead and optimize SEO program(s) and or agencies.
    • Develop and maintain key metrics and reports; evaluate and communicate trends and issues on an on-going basis.
    • Create and manage relationships with internal and external partners (cross-functional teams and external teams).
    • Manage digital marketing budget and create compelling business cases for future investment.
    • Other duties as assigned.



    • Well-versed in search marketing and shopping campaigns preferred as well as in-depth understanding of search engine optimization.
    • Google certified in AdWords, Analytics, Display and/or Shopping is required.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • A solid understanding of local and long-tail search strategies, mobile optimization and other SEO industry trends
    • Excellent critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
    • Understanding of forecasting, budgeting, billing, and campaign pacing
    • Minimum of 2-3 years managing digital marketing campaigns for Omnichannel retailers.
    • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, organizational development or related field, or equivalent experience.
    • Outstanding written and oral communication skills
