Overview

We have an immediate opening for an entry level Product Data Specialist. This position is is great for recent grads, Data Analyst interns, Entry level systems specialists. You will be performing data entry into AX which is a MRP Material Resource Plan system. This is more than data entry and we are lookign for someone who understands what they are entering, understands clean and accurate data etc. Accuracy over speed.

 

Intermediate Excel skills would be comparable (pivot tables v lookups). Someone who has the ability to learn systems quickly. You will be updating the Bill of Materials, making adjustments to rates and operations.

Position Overview

The Product Data Specialist creates, maintains, and updates all necessary information to create a new style. This includes Bill of Material, Leather Prep Order, Bundle Instructions, Cut construction and style bulletin.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain new and existing items in ERP system
  • Maintain data integrity within ERP system
  • Communicate with team members regarding new products and product changes
  • Maintain material costing
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Excellent computer skills, intermediate knowledge of Excel required, Microsoft Office Suite a plus
  • Team player with exceptional organizational skills
  • Ability to read, write and speak English -- Multi-Lingual in Cantonese, Vietnamese or Mandarin a plus
  • Detail oriented
  • Willingness to learn new things
  • Basic math skills required
