Retail Operations Coordinator - Temporary


  • Craft and distribute communications to the retail field and home office partners including weekly newsletter, incentives and task activities
  • Manage administration of retail support systems, including systems updates and employee access permissions
  • Develop standard operating procedures and documentation for all retail operations functions (inventory control, cash management, asset protection, etc)
  • Assist with creation and administration of retail store intranet site
  • Maintenance of reference manuals and materials
  • Regularly runs various reports to keep department stakeholders up to date on department trends
  • Expert user in all core store systems and technologies including but not limited to POS, and support systems
  • Assist with maintenance, upgrades, testing and implementation of all store operations tools, forums and reporting enhancements
  • Prepares reports on missed opportunities such as key items, sales classification reports, labor and selling results
  • Monitor performance against budgets and forecasts, highlighting trends
  • Ad-Hoc reporting, analysis and special projects as required
  • Support retail operations team, calendaring, scheduling, expenses, arranging travel etc
  • Expense processing and retail invoices including store supplies
  • Provide customer service to our employees in delivering guidance related to HR policies and programs
  • Other duties as assigned



  • 2+ year of related administration experience in a high functioning fast paced department, prior calendaring, traveling coordination experience
  • Retail operations experience desired
  • Strong communication skills (listening, written, verbal) and the ability to interact with all levels of management
  • High level of understand and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Adobe InDesign experience preferred.
  • Ability to deal with multiple deadlines and projects
  • Service mindset, detail oriented, proactive and good prioritization skills
